how do i change dns records

Inmotion indicated that my domain needed a SPF record.

Our registrar is Register.com.  Here is there reply to my request that they add a SPF record:

Unfortunately,
in order for us to be able to add an SPF record to videojones.com, the
name servers need to be set to Register.com. Since they are pointing to ns1.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com, you will need to have inMotion Hosting modify the DNS record.

Thanks for submitting a question about DNS records. The best way to accomplish this is to add DNS records using your cPanel.
